Yuri Ivanovich of Sudka, Prince of Sudka, was born circa 1420 in Yaroslavl Oblast, Russia to Ivan Fyodorovich of Prozorov (c1390-c1455) and died circa 1475 Yaroslavl Oblast, Russia of unspecified causes.
After his father's death, around 1455, Yuri Ivanovich created his own fief, based in the village of Sudka, located on the Seblya River (tributary of the Mologa River) calling it the appanage Principality of Sudka and taking the name of Prince of Sudka
