The many friends in this district of Mr. William George Blackman will regret to learn of his death, which occurred recently. Mr. Blackman was for several years manager of Moorong Estate, Wagga, and after leaving the district he went to reside on the North Coast. It was while he was residing at Lismore that he took ill and died on July 2. He was the eldest son of the late Mr. S. A. Blackman, of Cooyal Station, near Mudgee, and he is survived by his wife and two sons.
