Walter Lens de Bedford was born circa 1054 to Lambert II de Lens (-1054) and Adelaide of Normandy (c1026-c1090) .
Note that Walter may have been born to an earlier, unknown wife of his father. StirNet has Walter as the ancestor of the Olifards of Lilford, but they were probably Norwegian. Geni has Walter returning to Flanders for his son to became viscount of Cambria, which is unlikely.
