Vasili Andreyevich Pozharsky, Prince Pozharsky, was born 1370 to Andrei Fyodorovich of Starodub (c1320-1380) and died 1420 of unspecified causes. Ancestors are from Russia, Ukraine, Sweden, the Byzantine Empire.

Vasili Andreyevich Pozharsky - the first appanage prince of Pozhar. Prince Vasiliy is mentioned only in genealogies and can only be noted as the ancestor of the princes Pozharsky.

His father, Andrei Fyodorovich Prince of Starodub (Vladimir) began to split his principality among his sons and gave his son Vasili the village of Pozhar. Having received the Principality of Pozhar during his father's life, and therefore, although he was the eldest in the family, he did not inherit the Principality of Starodub [1].

Prince Vasili Andreyevich Pozharsky had only one son, Danilo, who was still an appanage prince.
