Togrilcha Khan was born 1263 to Mengu-Timur Khan (c1245-1280) and died 1291 of unspecified causes.
Togrilcha was one of the Genghisid princes that overthrew Tuda-Mengu (r.1280–1287). Later, he was executed by Toqta. Toqta took Togrilcha's wife and sent his son Uzbek to exile in a distant region of the Golden Horde
