He married Ruth Howland (1646-1679) 17 November 1664 in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States. He married Abigail Titus (1653-1734) 16 October 1679 in Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
Son of "Fortune" passenger Elder Thomas Cushman and "Mayflower" passenger Mary Allerton.
Thomas first married on Nov 17, 1664 at the age of 27. His bride, Ruth Howland was the daughter of John and Elizabeth Tilley Howland, Both of whom came to America aboard the Mayflower, Thomas and Ruth Howland Cushman had 3 children: Robert (1665), Desire (1668) and Thomas III (1670).
After the death of Ruth, he married Abigail Titus Fuller, the widow of John Fuller, on Oct 16, 1679. Their children were Job (1680), Bartholomew (1684), Samuel (1687) and Benjamin Cushman (1691).
