Selena Eacott was born 12 February 1818 in Warminster, Wiltshire, England, United Kingdom to John Eacott (1774-1840) and Catherine Carr (1775-1829) and died 9 March 1906 "Burwood", Binda, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. She married William Brownlow (1799-1865) 3 March 1834 in Camden, New South Wales, Australia. She married Marcus Frederick Hansen (-1875) 1867 .
She arrived in Sydney in 1828 on the Borneo with her mother.

Obituary
We learn that Mrs. Hanson, mother of Mr. Wm. Clements, of Burwood station, near Binda, died at her daughter's residence on 9th March last, at the ripe age.of 95 years. The cause of death being senile decay. Deceased was a very old resident, having come to the country in 1828, 75 years ago.
