She married George Partridge (1617-1695) 16 November 1638 in Plymouth Colony, Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States.


Migration to Plymouth Colony

Sarah Tracy, eldest child of her parents, Stephen Tracy and Tryphosia Lee, was born in the Pilgrim colony in Leiden, South Holland. She came to American with her parents on the ship Anne in 1623.

Marriage and Family

In Nov. 1638, Sarah Tracy m. George Partridge (1617-1695) of Duxbury, Massachusetts, a tailor by trade. Their marriage is of record in the Plymouth Colony Court Orders, but the day is missing (some claim it was the 16th). George Partridge's parentage and date of birth remain unknown. He wrote his will on June 26, 1682 at Duxbury, Mass. and d. prior to Oct. 10, 1695, the date his estate inventory was taken.
