Sarah Ann Brown was born 17 November 1879 in Gegedzerick, Berridale, New South Wales, Australia to Negus Edwin Brown (1847-1904) and Isabella McDonald (1850-1911) and died 2 July 1921 in Newtown, New South Wales, Australia of Brights disease. She married John Thomas Percival Clarke (1874-1937) 20 January 1904 in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Cooma, New South Wales, Australia.
