Be it remembered that on the eleventh day of August 1845 Letters of Administration in common form were granted to David Benshoff and Alexander M Rhodes upon the Estate of Philip Rhodes dec'd late of White Township in said County (Mrs. Rachel Rhodes widow of said deceased having declared to administer) they the said David Benshoff and Alexander M Rhodes having first given Bond to the Commonwealth in the sum of eight hundred dollars and according to law with John Chapman and John Stiffler as Securities. Same day Administrators sword according to law.
