Penelope Mosley was born circa 1779 in Manchester, Lancashire, England, United Kingdom to John Parker Mosley, 1st Bart (1732-1798) and Elizabeth Bayley (c1730-1797) and died 30 August 1812 of unspecified causes. She married Henry Every, 9th Bart (1777-1855) 22 December 1798 .
