AT Auburn recently the death occurred of Mrs. Pearlie Hope Turnbull, in her 70th year. Deceased was a daughter of the late Matthew and Caroline Herps, of Lower Portland, and as a young woman was married to Mr. W. E. (Fred.) Turnbull, of that centre. For many years past Mr. and Mrs. Turnbull had been living at Auburn, and all old friends sympathise with the bereaved husband and family in their loss.
