Noah Jackson Gore was born January 1834 in Virginia, United States of America to James Gore (1808-1884) and Frances Keaton (c1808-1876) and died 18 December 1904 Hennessey, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, United States of America of unspecified causes. He married Mary C Fly (1838-1890) 21 January 1858 in Oklahoma, United States. He married Naomi Wilson Springer (1841-1922) January 1893 in Oklahoma, United States.
Noah J. Gore, who was one of the pioneers of Oklahoma, died at his home on Fourth Street at 8:00 last Sunday morning.
At the age of thirteen Mr. Gore became a member of the Baptist church, to which faith he clung until life closed for him. He was also a member of the Hennessey Masonic Lodge.
His funeral was preached by Rev. Scheiman Monday at the Baptist church. The Masons conducted the remains to the depot, his son, James, taking him to King City, Missouri, for interment.
Those of the family present were Link Barr of Center township and William Barr of Garfield county, his stepsons, and his own son, James, of Colgate, I. T. (The Hennessey Eagle, Thursday, Dec. 22, 1904)
