Her daughter Chloe Armoral Vulliamy was a philanthropist who helped shelter Basque children in Spain during the civil war and spent time in prison there in 1961 for attempting to distributing money to the families of political prisoners. From 1967 to 1973 she visited Spanish refugees in remote parts of France and reported on their well-being to the SRA.
