Mary Matcham was born 6 June 1755 to Joseph Matcham (1722-1760) and Martha Moors (1730-1759) and died 7 November 1815 Richmond, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. She married Robert Pitt (1734-1787) 27 December 1770 in Child Okeford, Dorset, England, United Kingdom.
She arrived in New South Wales on 14 December 1801 on the Canada as a free settler.
