Marion Josephine McWhorter (1921-1998)

Marion Josephine "Jo" McWhorter (December 13, 1921 - October 30, 1998), a native of Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina, was the wife of Rev. Edgar Allan Callaway (1910-1981), a native of Wilkes County, Georgia and resident of Covington, Newton County, Georgia, and son of Edgar Allan Callaway (1866-1945) and Mary Eugenia Turner (1866-1929). She is buried in the Callaway Family Cemetery, Wilkes County, Georgia.
