Maria Cantacuzino was born circa 1791 to Ioniță Cantacuzino-Șerbești (c1760-c1820) and Anastasia Hurmuzachi (c1765-1792) and died circa 1850 of unspecified causes. She married Lupu Balș (1791-1844) 1815 in Pribești, Vaslui County, Moldavia, Romania. She married Manolache Bogdan (c1793-1854) 6 November 1821 .
Maria Cantacuzino divorced from her first marriage around 1818. She divorced from her second marriage in 1825.
