Biography
Lucy Cecil was born 7 March 1568 to Thomas Cecil, 1st Earl of Exeter (1542-1623) and Dorothy Neville (1548-1608) and died 1 October 1614 of unspecified causes. She married William Paulet, 4th Marquess of Winchester (c1572-1628) 28 February 1587 in St Martin-in-the-Fields.
