Levi PHELPS was the son of Noah PHELPS and Mary TILLOTSON, born on 24 November 1749 in Hebron, Tolland Co., Connecticut. (Barbour VR, Hebron).
He died on 3 February 1829 at the age of 80 in South Plymouth, Chenango Co., New York. Levi was buried at Colwell Burying Ground in South Plymouth, Chenango Co., New York.
