Kobryn, or Kobrin from the Russian transliteration, is a city in the southwest Brest region of present-day (2019) Republic of Belarus. Formerly, it was a part of Russia, Poland or Lithuania depending on the historical time period. Kobryn has been a part of Belarus since 1991.
