John Langdon was born 28 May 1707 in Portsmouth, Rockingham County, New Hampshire to Tobias Langdon (1657-1724) and Martha Hubbard (1667-1729) and died 27 February 1780 in Portsmouth, Rockingham County, New Hampshire of unspecified causes.
The couple had a son, John Langdon, who would later become a wealthy merchant, state militia officer, governor of the state and a delegate to the US Constitution Convention.
