1850 US Census

Review of the 1850 Federal Census reveals John Adams as a "pauper" resident of the Leominster Poor House. This is one year before his death in 1851. Cannot find his wife (Dolly Stuart Adams) on the 1850 Federal Census, but she appears on the 1855 Massachusetts Census living with her son Eli J Adams. Dolly appears on the 1860 Census living with her son John Adams Jr. in Princeton.
