Obituary

DEATH OF LIEUT.-COLONEL CHASELING.

Lieutenant-Colonel Isiah Chasellng, who has been connected with the military forces for many years, died at Randwick Military Hospital last night. He was 56 years of age. He was born on the Hawkesbury River, and was for some years connected with the Education Department. He then joined the Garrison Artillery, of which he became commanding officer. For some time after the outbreak of the war he served at Liverpool camp, and was later placed in command of the Cootamundra camp. He went to England in command of troops. Lieutenant-Colonel Chaseling leaves a widow, one son, and three daughters.
