Hannah Kalikolehua Holmes Davis was born 1796 in Hawaii to William Holmes (1790-1873) and Lydia Smith (c1790-1838) . She married William Heath Davis (1793-) 1817 in Hawaii. She married John Coffin Jones (1796-1861) 1823 in Hawaii.

Hannah Kalikolehua Holmes was the daughter of an early Governor of Oahu Island under the Kingdom of Hawaii.

1st Marriage: William Davis

Married first (1817) to William Heath Davis (1793-) who arrived in Hawaii in 1812. He was a Boston ship captain and one of the pioneer merchants of the sandalwood trade in the islands. Together they had three children.

2nd Marriage: John Jones Jr

Married second (1823) to John Coffin Jones, Jr. (1796-1861) who was the first United States Consular Agent to the Kingdom of Hawaii, arrivng there in 1820. His father had been speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. She divorced him in 1827 when he returned from a trip to California with another wife.
