Gerald Rudolph Ford Jr., President of the USA, was born 14 July 1913 in 3202 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska, United States to Leslie Lynch King, Sr (1884-1941) and Dorothy Ayer Gardner (1892-1967) and died 26 December 2006 Rancho Mirage, California, United States of arteriosclerotic cerebrovascular disease and diffuse arteriosclerosis. He married Elizabeth Ann Bloomer (1918-2011) 15 October 1948 in Grace Episcopal Church, Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States.
