¶ Death
  • The death occurred at Brisbane early on Monday morning, of Mr. F. W. Salmon, of Murwillumbah, from heart failure. Deeased, who had gone to Brisbane on Saturday on business, had complained frequently of recent years, and another of the attacks he had become martyr to overtook him on Sunday from which he did not recover, death resulting as stated above. The deceased was a native of the Macleay, being a son of the late T. A. Salmon, a pioneer of that river, and came to the Tweed district with his family nearly 20 years ago, occupying the farm on the Bray Estate, just at the head of the Main-street.
