Fraqncisco Baviera was born 1805 in Banate, Iloilo, Spanish East Indies to Felix Baviera and Rita Baviera . He married Juana Barte in Banate, Iloilo, Philippines, Spanish East Indies.

The Burial Registry of Doña Apolonia Baviera, daughter of Francisco Baviera (Entry n. 107 of the Burial Registry, Roman Catholic Parish of Banate, Iloilo in the Philippines, from 1910 to 1935); and that of Clara Madrid y Balderas (Entry n. 108), his great granddaughter (daughter of his granddaughter Doña Maria Balderas y Baviera and Don Marcelo Madrid y Alguevar.

Not much is known about Don Francisco Baviera. There is no extant document recording the date of his birth and death. However, the Burial Registry of St. John the Baptist Parish, Banate, Iloilo (Philippines) from the years 1910 to 1935 (Entry no. 107) mentions his name as the father of Doña Apolonia Baviera (1828-1913) - the wife of Don Martin Balderas, who was Gobernadorcillo of the town. Entry no. 8 of the same Burial Registry identifies the name his great granddaughter Clara Madrid y Balderas, daughter of his granddaughter Doña Maria Balderas y Baviera and Don Marcelo Madrid.

Also identified in the above-mentioned Entry no. 107 are the names of the parents of Don Francisco Baviera: Don Felix Baviera and Doña Rita Baviera. Historians identify his father Don Felix Baviera as the first Gobernadorcillo of Banate, Iloilo, (Spanish East Indies), in 1837.[1]
