Frances Manners was born 22 October 1588 to John Manners, 4th Earl of Rutland (c1559-1588) and Elizabeth Charlton (-1594) and died 1643 of unspecified causes. She married William Willoughby, 3rd Baron Willoughby (1584-1617) 4 February 1603 .
