:We had a discussion a couple years ago about the fact that the fields are no longer filled in, because wikia has fiddled with the URL and thrown away the parameters. You should be able to find that thread. Thurstan (talk) 02:06, November 29, 2017 (UTC)

::I remember something of the discussion about the fields. Even after that discussion, I think, the marriage fields sometimes got filled in. But they are a side issue. As indicated above, I want the spouse link to continue to lead (as the parent links do) to a form-edit (or form-start for a red link), not a without-form-edit. -- Robin Patterson (Talk) 06:01, November 29, 2017 (UTC)

Forums: Index > Help desk > Spouse name in infobox should lead to form

Clicking a red-linked partner name in a person's infobox used to start a "FormEdit" (and if you were lucky you would get name and marriage details already in the right fields). Today it starts an ordinary edit, which is no use to me. Has anyone else suffered this lately? Any idea how to fix it? -- Robin Patterson (Talk) 01:44, November 29, 2017 (UTC)
