Addition of a page or even a parent's or child's name can allow a tree or descendant page to show more if republished. Not the sort of fiddle that the average reader would expect. We have "invitation to purge" for bdm pages; would the same idea work for tree and descendant pages? If so, I'd like to see it added at the top of each as the built-in standard.

—Preceding unsigned comment added by Robin Patterson (talkcontribs) in 2013
