Introduction

We seem to have been migrated to UCP with major upgrades to our semantic extensions (which will be good when we get our heads around them). I have complained at https://community.fandom.com/f/p/4400000000003135932

Semantic versions

• Semantic Drilldown 2.1
• SMW 3.1.666 - massive upgrade made possible by great advance in MediaWiki version - we will have to find what changes have been made
• Semantic Scribunto 2.1.0 - new!
• Page Forms 4.5.1 - successor to Semantic Forms

Problems

Forums

Forum header stuff now needs manual input. The coded version appears at the top. We can create a new forum by entering its page name then copying some code; not satisfactory. --- Robin Patterson (Talk) 05:59, 3 May 2021 (UTC)

Tables etc on person pages

• Siblings template has stopped displaying.Or you just get the heading in code if no parent page - https://familypedia.wikia.org/wiki/William_Collins_(1810-) (even after fresh edit). --- Robin Patterson (Talk) 13:25, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
• It also stopped displaying husband's children table on his wife's profile. Not showing children for Sally Lancy (1804-1886) MainTour (talk) 04:02, 29 April 2021 (UTC)

Descendants and trees

Descendants tab lists no descendants and tree page lists no ancestors.

I am seeing "tree pages" work, though sometimes it needs a couple of "refreshes" of the person page for the properties to "stick" Thurstan (talk) 10:25, 2 May 2021 (UTC)

https://familypedia.wikia.org/wiki/Susan_Collins_(living)/tree has had three null edits and still isn't showing her father. --- Robin Patterson (Talk) 10:38, 2 May 2021 (UTC). At last it shows her father but not his father, So I give her father's tree four null edits with no success; first click on his descendants tab didn't show Susan. Template Showfacts biography

Person Sensor

Person sensor seems to be working, but you have to refresh the person profile page a couple of times for it to display. MainTour (talk) 03:40, 4 May 2021 (UTC)

Edit with form

"Edit with form" has disappeared. But Thurstan has recovered it (as noted below) so that the edit menu dropdown works as before. (Note that "Rename" has reverted to "Move".) --- Robin Patterson (Talk) 05:59, 3 May 2021 (UTC)

I have been using the "Edit Facts" links so I had not noticed. It is now fixed for Form:Person. Thurstan (talk) 04:28, 3 May 2021 (UTC)

Template:Migration

Looking at Henry Scrope, 6th Baron Scrope of Bolton (c1468-1506), I see that Property:Ancestry is being set, but not reported at all. Property:Notable ancestors seems to be broken, and is not being reported correctly. It looks like {{Sensor2Page}} is out by two characters. Thurstan (talk) 06:18, 8 May 2021 (UTC)

Preview

"Preview" button on forms generates an error message.

Tweaks in templates

I did notice two of my "tweaks" were removed from the templates, one to handle pagenames with commas, the other to handle pagenames with apostrophes. Keep a watch for errors in these areas.
