Articles (most all of them imported from wikipedia) that use the template {{wp}} shall be converted by AutoWikiBrowser to point to the article in Familypedia if it exists. If the article doesn't presently exist, the link will point to wikipedia. Dates will always point to familypedia regardless whether an article for them exists or not.
Subsequent runs of this bot will be able to upgrade the wikipedia: links to familypedia links when those articles become available.
Rationale for the change: {{wp}} uses the parserfunction #ifexists which is extremely expensive, and some of the wikipedia imported pages can have up to 100 wp template uses. At the time the wp template was created, it was not known that the function was expensive and was provided as a convenience in order to avoid the "red sea" of redlinks on a page when a wikipedia article was imported.
