What is the naming convention for an 'Infant Son' if there is no given name anywhere? I assume I just leave the given_name and middle-name firleds blank, but fill in the surname.
For example, would a page be titled Infant Son Smith (1900-1901)?
I would assume that the page name would be whatever appears on the relevant document or record.
For example, it is quite common to see 'levenloos zoon' on Dutch death certificates, so in that case the page name could be the English translation: Lifeless Son van Ardel (1899-1899).
That's what I do anyway, I'm not sure what the expected 'standard' is but the page names can always be changed later anyway.
