Ezra Abel Huntington was born 12 June 1813 in Columbus, Chenango County, New York, United States to Charles Huntington (1779-1859) and Martha Hyde (1783-1830) and died 14 July 1901 in Auburn, Cayuga County, New York, United States of unspecified causes. He married Anna Euphemia Van Vechten (1817-1866) 30 July 1839 in Schenectady, Schenectady County, New York, United States. He married Katherine Van Vechten (1825-1924) 16 April 1868 in Albany, Albany County, New York, United States. 2. Ezra Abel, b. 12 June, 1813, at Columbus; graduated at Union college in 1833, and was a Presbyterian clergyman. He afterwards received the degree of D. D. He m. 30 July, 1839, at Schenectady, Anne Euphemia Van Vechten, b. 15 Jan., 1815, daughter of Rev. Jacob Van Vechten and Catherine Van Wyck Mason of Schenectady. He was settled as pastor of one of the churches in Albany in 1837; and in 1855 was appointed one of the professors in the Theological seminary at Auburn, N. Y.

Ezra Abel Huntington, born June 12, 1813, in Columbus, N. Y.; married, first, July 30, 1839, in Schenectady, N. Y., Anna Euphemia, daughter of Jacob and Katherine Van Wyck (Mason) Van Vechten. She was born June 15, 1817, in Schenectady, N. Y., and died April 6, 1866, in Auburn, N. Y. He married, second, April 16, 1868, in Albany, N. Y., Katherine, daughter of Jacob and Martha (Van Dyke) Van Vechten. She was born December 27, 1825, in Schenectady, N. Y.
Dr. Huntington was a Presbyterian clergyman, and a professor in the Theological Seminary in Auburn, N. Y. He graduated from Union College in 1833. He was pastor in Albany, N. Y., from 1836 to January 10, 1855, professor in the Auburn Seminary from June, 1855, to 1893, then Professor Emeritus, from 1893 to the time of his death, which occurred July 14, 1901, in Auburn, N. Y.
