  • The death of the Marchioness of Ely occurred recently (says an English exchange) at The Gables, Furze Hill, Hove, Sussex. She was the second wife of Lord Ely, to whom she was married in 1902. Her father was the late Mr. Nigel Gresley, of Hobart, Tasmania. The late Marchioness had one son, Viscount Loftus, who is heir to the Marquess.
