Unacceptably long text section[]
The main purpose of a category is to display an automatically updated and alphanumerically listed set of related subsidiary subcategories, articles, and media. People looking at the page should be able to see at least the first of the subcategories without scrolling. Therefore, any introductory textual section that is more than a screenful for any viewer is too long. Robin Patterson 02:13, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
