Categories for people simply preforming an action, with no reference to the subject's surroundings, should go in Category:People by activity instead as these say nothing about the setting. Examples:
- Category:People looking up is a category for people "looking up" so it goes in Category:People by activity ("looking" is an action, thus it's classified as an activity).
- Category:People sitting at tables goes in both categories because it is defined by people sitting (an activity) and located at a table (a setting).
- Category:Leaning people is neither an activity or a setting, so it goes in Category:Posture ("leaning" here is used as an adjective).
