BDM subpages

These pages display tables based on specified life events. They are now fairly automatic and can be freely created for localities and counties and even nations, but for the first-level subdivisions of nations (particularly the United Kingdom) care is needed and the first models used (e.g. Netherlands and Scotland) should be edited to incorporate or at least automatically mention categories such as "Born in ..." (as has been done with the locality and county pages).
