Bridgitt had two children John Baglin (1787-1789) and Thomas Baglin (1789-1837) before her marriage to her cousin Nehemiah Baglin (1765-1801) on 2 August 1790. Her first born John Baglin died when only a couple of years old.
She had one daughter Mary Baglin born 1791 with her first husband Nehemiah Baglin. He and Bridgitt were second cousins, their common ancestors being Jonathan Baglan (c1670-?) and Sarah Stone (c1695-?). Nehemiah died at the young age of 35 on 6 March 1801.
