The cemetery is at the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge on the mesquite trail. The inscription reads: "A la memoria de Antnio Vasquez Y Paula Silva de Vasquez. Sus hijos que los lloran por la eterna ausencia les consagran estas lineas a su memoria. El Granjeno Nov 2, 1913." This translates as: "In the memory of Antonio Vasquezy Paula Silva de Vasquez. There children who cry for them because of their eternal absence consegrate these lines to their memory."
