Andrew Tracy was born 9 December 1742 in Norwich, New London County, Connecticut, United States to Isaac Tracy (1706-1779) and Elizabeth Bushnell (1711-1746) and died 31 October 1801 Brooklyn, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, United States of unspecified causes. He married Molly Clement (1750-1794) 27 November 1765 in Norwich, New London County, Connecticut, United States. He married Mary Cady (1762-1856) 2 April 1797 in Windham County, Connecticut, United States.

P.672 The first schoolhouse was built of logs in the Fall of 1800 and stood by a babbling brook, northwesterly from the house of Andrew Tracy, on the southwest part of what was afterward the Charles Perigo lot. The teacher the following winter was Leonard Tracy.
