Aaltje Israel was born circa 1743 in Vollenhove, Overijssel, Netherlands to Rentink Israel (1715-1749) and Judith Geerlichs and died 4 March 1800 Vollenhove, Overijssel, Netherlands of unspecified causes. She married Peter van Eerde in Vollenhove, Overijssel, Netherlands.
Early life
Aaltje Rentincks Israel was christened on 24 March 1743 in Vollenhove, the daughter of Rentink Jans Israel and Judith Hermens Geerlichs. She had two sisters, Geertje (1737-1812) and Jantje.
In 1748 the family can be found in the population registers for Overijssel. Rentink Israel and Judit Harms were living in Schoutambt Vollenhove, Barsbeek with children Geertje (over ten) and Aaltje and Jantje (under ten). They were the only occupants of the home.
Rentink Israel was buried on 30 August 1749, having died aged only 34. Shortly after his death Judith remarried to Dirk Reinders van der Steeg, with whom she had three sons. They were living in Quadoelen in 1747 and in Heetveld in 1749 and 1751. Judith had died before May 1759, when Dirk remarried to Aaltje Lamberts van de Brink. Aaltje died in 1785 aged 61 and Dirk died in 1804 aged 79.
